Our Holiday Club is packed with variety so every child has fun:

• Arts, crafts, and creative play
• Sports and outdoor adventures
• Games, puzzles, and free play
• Outdoor learning with free movement between indoor & outdoor spaces

All activities follow the 'Eight Playwork Principles', giving children choice, freedom, and opportunities to learn through play.

Fees due monthly in advance on the 1st

Late Fee: £5 per day

Non-payment after 5 consecutive days = place forfeited

Registered to accept:

• The Childcare Offer for Wales (30 hours)
• Tax-Free Childcare
• Childcare vouchers & other schemes

Full fees apply for absences due to sickness/holidays (staffing/resources remain the same).

If unwell, children are kept comfortable and parents contacted.

For urgent medical needs, staff accompany children to A&E until parents arrive.

English is the main language, but we introduce children to basic Welsh daily.

Several staff are fluent in Welsh and provide additional support.

Fully compliant with CIW regulations

Regularly updated staff training & safety checks

Secure premises with locked entrances, CCTV & emergency procedures

Parents must keep contact details up to date

Complaints handled promptly by the Manager

If unresolved, parents may also contact Care Inspectorate Wales (CIW)
